Hi, I'm Kieran.

I've spent the last 6+ years inside CPG companies - Heart & Soil, Strong Coffee, Noble, Tallow Twins, Nimi - running the ops function that keeps the business upright while founders build the brand.

I work as a fractional operator because founders don't need another advisor. They need someone who will take the call at 7pm when a container's stuck, own the forecast, negotiate the co-man contract, and hire the next ops lead.
